The General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale govern the sales made by Julianna Bass LLC through juliannabass.com of Julianna Bass products (hereinafter the “Products” or “Product”) to you (hereinafter the Client). All Clients wishing to make a purchase from the website represent and warrant that they are not acting on a commercial basis, that they are not a minor and have full legal capacity or are authorized by a parent or guardian. Juliannabass.com at this time offers free returns and exchange requests made within 30 days from when the order has been received by you. Returns received after the 30 day period will only be accepted at the discretion of Julianna Bass for credit at juliannabass.com. Shop credit is valid for 1 year from issue date. Returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

If you feel the merchandise you received is defective, please contact info@juliannabass.com for a replacement. If a replacement is not available and the merchandise is deemed defective a full refund will be issued.

For online purchases, the Product (or Products) shall be submitted for exchange/credit to Julianna Bass within twenty (30) days from the date of shipment, in their original condition, in the original packaging, and must be accompanied by the pertinent sales receipt. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid.

Julianna Bass will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier. Julianna Bass reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return policy. The price any returned Products that complies with Julianna Bass' Return Policy shall be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of from the return of the Products by the Customer to Julianna Bass. Exchanges of Products that do not comply with the Return Policy may be accepted at the sole discretion of Julianna Bass.
